individual product on a single website only, belonging to either you
or your client. You must purchase the same template once more in order
to make another project with the same design
What am I allowed and not allowed to
do with the templates ? You may: - Build any website using the template in any way you like. - Modify any part of FLAs. - You don't have to indicate the name of our website on yours.
You may not: - Resell or redistribute templates (like we do). - FLA flash template sources can't be sold in any case, not
even for your clients. - Our templates can't be used or integrated in any sofware
using codes or design for commercial use (EX: Using our design to
integrate other technologie as PHP, ASP... and presenting them on
your website whithout specific liscence.) - FLA flash template can't be used to create and sell templates
as we do. :o) - FLA flash template must be used by one webmaster and only
one. - FLA flash template can't be used by schools or major companies
before contacting us. - FLA flash template can't be sold, or given as free submission,
if based on any content of FLA sources without contacting us first.
I ordered a template but haven't received
the download information. Delivery takes 24 hours. :o)
What do I receive when I order a template
from Dynamicfactory.com? For each template you will receive the fla source + the html
page. The $499 package include all the templates of dynamicfactory.com
(more than 370).For single template the price is indicated on the
right of each little pics.Once your payment is confirmed by your bank,
you will receive within 24H the codes allowing you to download your
templates from a private interface.You will have one month to dowload
all the templates including the templates added during that period
from all sections (full website, business, artweb, 3D, archive, html
sections).
In what formats are your templates available
? You need at least flash MX to edit our templates. (www.macromedia.com)You
don't need any additional software for hosting...
May I have some of your clients address
? We don't give out informations about our custormers. Our clients
don't have to indicate that they ordered a template from Dynamicfactory.com.
Most of them want peaple to think that they did it themselves :o)
I have ordered a template and received
my access codes but I still can't download it ? Please make sure that you have entered the correct access
codes. Please check if you don't have a protection on your computer
that doesn't allow you to download files (EX: Norton utilities)
Who are you? We are 7 freelancers located in different part of the world.

Do you have any phone services? At the moment we don't have any phone services to provide

Are your templates Microsoft FrontPage®
compatible? Most of templates come with HTML which is compatible with
Adobe® GoLive®, Macromedia Dreamweaver® and Microsoft
Frontpage®.
What software do you recommend for making
HTML? We think that Macromedia Dreamweaver® is the best.
Can I put thumbnails of templates on
my website for my clients to choose designs? Yes, of course.
Is it possible to use Dynamicfactory.com
templates for developing websites for my customers? Yes. It is perfect for designers who want to offer their customers
a high-quality design and also save time and money.
Can I change the pictures on the flash
animated website and put my own pictures instead? Yes, you can.
Is the license a one-time fee payment? Yes, the payment for your template is a one-off fee without
any additional charges.
I would like to make payment by company
check. Is that possible? Sorry, no. We only accept payment by Paypal. We do not accept
checks.
Is there any return policy in case I
decide I don't like it after I've bought it? No. Since we sell online products, we cannot control the future
usage of our templates, that's why according to our Terms and Conditions
we do not give refunds.
